To do so, you must present the favored items at the alter of the chosen God. Once you have received the proper amount of hearts with you chosen God, you may pray to them for whatever you wish at their alter. With a random roll of the dice, staff will then inform you of what you have received. It may not always be what you asked for and sometimes it is nothing at all. When you have hearts with a God, you lose one heart per season (1 every RL month). You can keep this from happening by purchasing the item from the store.

You may pray to multiple Gods that you have proper hearts with but you may only receive the blessing from one God at a time. Should you wish to change gods, please read this thread. Your character may pray to two Gods in one weeks time.


Items may be purchased for a small fee in the store.
Quarter Heart items are 25 Kera-Ma.
Half Heart items are 50 Kera-Ma.
Three Quarter Heart items are 75 Kera-Ma.
Full Heart items are 100 Kera-Ma.


Once you have 5 hearts you may pray to a God.
Once you have 8 hearts you are more likely to get something from praying.
Once you have 12 hearts you are more likely to get what you prayed for and you can no longer lose hearts with this God.


NOTE
If you bring an item that is not on the God's list, you will LOSE the amount that the item typically gives. For example, if you bring Noem a Rive Stone, you will lose Three Quarters of a heart instead of gaining.
