At a glance Genesis institutes a branch of thought that immediately encourages her peers to believe she is officiously perfect. Being a pure-bred Morkosh, many of her colleague’s initial opinions circulate around what is decidedly the norm for her species. Haughty and patronizing being what most would interpret of her and while some of it rings true, that is only barely scratching the surface of who the lady is underneath.
She can be disdainful and snippy when in a bad mood, but typically she is more fun-loving and adventurous.
Around her comrades, family and peers she exhibits a gentle spirit. She is nurturing and thoughtful, lending assistance where she can and offering guidance when asked. Her charisma is perhaps her most developed and prevalent trait whether or not she is aware of it. Eclipsing most of persona is this enigmatic gravity that others are just naturally drawn in by. Something about her enigmatic allure and chivalrous disposition makes others feel a degree of safety and privilege when with her. She is polite, if not overly so with select individuals, to everyone who she has encountered with before. Such a friendly countenance has garnered her no end of fanfare and a near constant request for her to give a verdict in matters that may or may not be in a field she has knowledge of. She simply gives off a vibe that is she very worldly, that no topic is beyond the scope of her eyes and that she has some kernel of knowledge to impart.
Gen is impossibly giving, determined and honest – perhaps more than she should – underlining her affectionate moniker ‘Mother Nature’. She has a sense of justice that is more common in fairytale heroines, playing mediator or outright putting herself in harms way for a cause she believes in. With her dogged loyalty, or perhaps clinginess, she’s not easily persuaded to distrust those whom she cares about and becomes startlingly vindictive toward those who threaten her little slice of happiness. While she may avoid physical confrontation there is nothing stopping her from using any manner of higher intelligence to thwart a plot or chain down her opposition.
It may seem a tad underhanded but she is not incapable of her own brand of cruelty and her ability to maneuver in unfavorable situations would make even a politician scramble. Her usual mask of reservation and geniality falls short only when faced with something she wants with the desperation of a drowning man. That and a competitive spirit is not uncommon to see in her, albeit a little surprising considering most see her as too level-headed to flash such loutish impulses.

Genesis was born to a world not far different than the one she currently occupies. The colony in which she lived was a large pack consisting of smaller family groups, lead by a council of hierarchies and statistical ranks. They were an old fashioned group, who believed in hard work, males as workers and providers, and females as child raisers and home makers though this was not always the case. Individual families would do as they pleased with their offspring and instituted their own traditions if they did not wish to follow what everyone else in the community and this was allowed. Occasionally there would be female hunters and warriors but there were not many and some females even dropped such duties at the prospect of bearing pups for their mates.
Genesis was a gifted lass from the beginning and trained in the ways of herbs and potions where her talents were strongest. However at some point she developed a crush, an excusable case of puppy love, for a male who her family did not approve of. Going against the grain of her parents was something unheard of. Scandalous discrepancies such as this brought shame, and thus banishment, and was seen as the worst thing a young wolf could do to her family. Always mischievousness by nature, Genesis as a young girl fell deeply in love with a wolf from a different family of lower rank, and fatefully became pregnant with his whelps.
Her father, as you can imagine, was beyond rage, and kept her hidden during the entirety of her pregnancy. Other females of her family aided the birth but alas she was either too young or too stressed to carry them to term and miscarried her litter. Her father was not sympathetic to her plight and when she was allowed to resume her duties she discovered that the wolf she had gone against her families advice for, had deserted the pack. Genesis tried to convince herself that he would be back for her, that her father or someone close had run him off. But two years passed and there was no such luck.
Debauched and hoping for a fresh start, Genesis left her family and has been left roaming in the hopes of erasing her former life.
