Unlike it's northern brother, the southern area of the Issoan Fields is carpeted with tall, wild golden grasses that sway this way and that in the winds. There are some small rolling hills that seem to form around the smaller watering holes. There are few trees here but many banks of shrubs strewn in the grasses. Most make their dens by burrowing in the hills.
