Like a curtain dividing two separate worlds, the Twin Rivers separate a land of death and decay from the land of promise and health. While it's most southern points are calm as they drift out to see, the upper areas can be turbulent during or in the days following a rain storm. Both are easily crossed if you're not afraid to get your coat wet. The area between them is a mix of sand, small trees and low lying grasses.
